Which Operating Systems does jv16 PowerTools work on?
Currently, jv16 PowerTools can be used on Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 10. It also runs on Windows Servers, however, at this time, we are not currently supporting these.
Is jv16 PowerTools safe to use?
How many computers can I install jv16 PowerTools on?
jv16 PowerTools can be installed on any number of computers, but it can only be activated on a maximum of five computers at a time. Licenses can be transferred, meaning that the user can remove a license from one computer and activate on another, for example, the user buys a new computer, he/she can remove a license from the old computer and activates it on the new one.
How long does my license last?
If you purchased a 1 Year License, it is valid for a year from the date you purchase it.
For example, if you purchase your 1 Year License on 20th of January 2020, you can use jv16 PowerTools until the 19th of January 2021. If you buy a Lifetime License, it is valid forever.
What is the difference between a 1 Year or Lifetime License?
Our 1 year licenses are a subscription-based option where each license is valid for one year respectively.
A Lifetime License does not expire and will remain valid for all future updates.
What happens when my license expires?
If you purchased a 1 year license subscription, your license will automatically renew and you will receive a confirmation by email.
If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using jv16 PowerTools on all your machines up until your license expires.
After that, you will need to renew by purchasing a new license to continue using jv16 PowerTools.
How can I check what License I own?
If all that fails, just open a support ticket with the title “What license do I own?” and we will get back to you within 24 hours with a response.
