Due to technical problem in our new email server, no emails have been sent out for any orders or for any technical support requests since 19 November 2011.
If you have sent us a technical support request via the Ticket System, please use the Ticket System to see if your ticket has been replied. Normally you would also receive an email notification about this, but due to this problem no emails have been sent out.
If you have made a purchase from us but haven’t received your license yet, you don’t have to do anything. All license emails have been re-sent to make sure everyone receives the license file.
