The new versions contain only a fix to a minor problem that caused the products to hang for about 0.5 – 2 seconds after you had hit the Start button in order to start the registry scan.
If this interface bug doesn’t occur in your computer or if it doesn’t bother you, there is no need to update.
The updated version can be installed over any previous versions.
