RegSupremePro will not uninstall

RegSupremePro will not uninstall Pinnacle Studio 10. When I try it, I get the message:

Setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I get the same message when I use Windows Add/Remove program. My computer is a year old Sony desktop with XP Home Edition.

I sure would appreciate any help on this.
