Old Users
If you had an account in our old forum (https://jv16powertools.com/forum/), your existing account details should still work: simply try to login using your existing email address and password.

If that doesn't work, please use the Login > "Forgot password?" feature and it will send you an email containing a password reset link.

If that doesn't work, you can simply create a new account to the new forum, OR you can contact us via https://macecraft.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

New Users
To create an account to the discussion forum, simply click the Sign Up link at the top right corner of the page.

Dark mode
By default, our website and this forum is using the light mode settings of your system. If you want, you can force the use of dark mode or light mode within the discussion forum. To do that, please login, click your username at the top right corner and choose "day mode" or "night mode" from the menu.

How to post?
To start a new discussion, click the big Start a Discussion button. Then, you must choose the primary tag. This is either the name of the product your post is relating to, for example, "jv16 PowerTools". Then you must choose the secondary tag, such as "feature request".

In other words, to start a new discussion where you want to report a bug in Uninstalr, choose "Uninstalr" as the primary tag and "Bug report" as the secondary tag. Or, if you have a question about how this forum works, choose "Forum" as the primary tag and "General" as the secondary tag.
