Uninstaller for programs that omit an uninstaller

I don't know if this is possible, but it would be nice if there was a feature to uninstall software that doesn't provide an uninstaller. I had a program that didn't have an uninstaller so I had to search for its folder and delete it. Then I ran jv power tools to see if it found anything. This program was not listed in the software manager or add/remove programs.

The Software Manager already attempts to detect all installed software and allow you to uninstall them, even if the software don't have an uninstaller.

This is very difficult task to do and therefore the feature is far from perfect, it can't list every software nor can it fully uninstall all programs. Though the feature is highly improved in PT 2006 (compared to 2005).
