I have a middle-of-the-road machine:
Dell 1.8GHz/256 ram -- WinXP
On this machine, RM runs for a while, then just sits there staring at me for a half hour, until I quit or cancel it. It goes through the "values analyzed" part, then the progress bar finishes, and then it sits there, doing nothing, mocking me.

As a test, I ran RM on a different machine:
Home-built Intel 2.6 GHz/1.0 GB ram -- W2k
It ran without crashing. However, when I did a compare, it ran so torturously slow that I was afraid that the compare process had crashed. (CPU useage was pinned at 100% -- paging was modest.)
But overall, a pretty useful tool when not crashing.
