Hello, I Use Uninstalr on Windows 11 24H2 version 26100.2894 and when I start Uninstalr for the first time, nothing happens, it is running (I can see it in Task Manager) and there is Disk IO related to the app but untill I manually kill it it in Task Explorer and re-start it, it will not perform the initial scan, this has been happening since my update to the latest verion of W11 a few days ago.
If you require any logs or crash reports I am happy to gather and provide them to help.
