hey guys While attempting to install Uninstalr on my Windows 11 system, the installation process fails near completion. The progress bar gets close to finishing before the installation stops with the error code 0xc0000005, and the application does not start correctly.

System Information:

Operating System: Windows 11 (Version 23H2, 64-bit)
Antivirus: Disabled during installation
Additional Security Measures: [e.g., enabled firewall or other configurations, if relevant]
Steps Taken to Resolve the Issue:

Ran the installer with administrator privileges.
Disabled antivirus software.
Ensured the system is up-to-date with the latest Windows updates.
Restarted the system and retried the installation.
Despite these efforts, the error persists.

best regards

Are you referring to the actual installation process of the Uninstalr setup version, or the scanning of installed software by Uninstalr app itself?

If this is indeed an issue with the installation process, what you can do is simply download the Uninstalr portable version and place that to any folder you wish (e.g. under c:\program files\Uninstalr) and run it from there. There is no actual installation process that is needed per se.
