I originally purchased a life membership back in the early 2000s. Just last week, either the update microsoft did completely wiped everything off my computer, Failing that some idiot hacker did it for fun. Literally nothing left . So I decided to redownload JV16 and kept getting prompted to but so I purchased another life membership. I gave it a few days to everything to be sorted your end and have just tied downloading again as I need to clean up my system. Hoever 2 things, Another sodding reminder from the Ceo telling me nicey to buy or no dice, and then when I tried to sing in here to complain I found my old password and used it. Not recognised. Can someone please sort this out as I am not going to buy again and am thoroughly fed up

As far as I know, in "My Account", you have to enter your email address and name, no password. Normally when buying a licence you have to provide those data and then in "My Account" you have to enter the exact same data you provided.

If you have a lifetime license, simply enter your name and email address to the My Account feature within the free trial version of jv16 PowerTools and it will automatically convert to the full version. Naturally, you will need to use the same name and email address you used when originally making the purchase. If you no longer remember these, you can contact our support. As redseujac correctly pointed out, there is no password in any part of this process.
