All Add/Remove buttons are gone after running RegSupreme

I ran RegSupreme yesterday, and now ALL my Add/Remove Program buttons are gone. I cannot uninstall anything. There are no entries in the "Uninstall" registry key. I tried restoring the backup from RegSupreme, but the buttons are all still missing. I know I probably should have backed up the reigtsry first, but....

Now what??

Could you tell me what exactly did you do with the product?

Also, it sounds very strange that restoring the backup didn't undo the problems. Are you sure you didn't use any other program that could have caused the problems?
