I can´t install jv16 PowerTools

I downloaded jv16 PowerTools 2017 and uninstalled jv16 PowerToolsX as it says that you should. When I tried to install the jv16 PowerTools 2017 I can not, nor can I install the jv16 PowerToolsX again. The installation program is interrupted after a few seconds and nothing is installed. Macecraft not seem to want to answer, so I try this instead. I use Windows 10

When I tried to download jv16 PowerTools 2017 and started the installation, it turned out that it was jv16 PowerToolsX that was installed. Strange ....

I am sorry to read this and apologies for the long reply time.

Please download the latest version of jv16 PowerTools from https://www.macecraft.com/download

Install the software by executing the main installer and following its setup "wizard" and before proceeding with the install, please right click on the installer file, before running it with Administrator rights, and select Proprieties, then unblock the file from the lower part of that menu. (if there is no Unblock move to the next step)

Open jv16 PowerTools and go to My Account on the left side of the window, type in your name and email address and click on Activate my license.

jv16 PowerTools will prompt to restart now having added your license information and once it is running again it will show at the bottom of the window your name and license status as confirmation. Once this has been done, the My Account section will now show your complete license information.

Remember, anti-virus and anti-malware software can interfere! Please add files:

"jv16PT.exe, jv16pt_PreWorker1.exe, jv16pt_PreWorker2.exe and RegCompact.exe" from folder "C:\Program Files (x86)\jv16 PowerTools 2017\" to the white list or exclusion list of your anti-virus and anti-malware product(s) or any other product that could block this software from fully analyzing your system.

This will ensure jv16 PowerTools to properly work in your system.
