Registry Cleaner

I would like to be able to run Registry Cleaner on it's own without Clean and SpeedUp My Computer. Is this possible? Also I would like Registry Cleaner to backup any changes it makes so they can be undone. Grateful for advice on these points.

I'm afraid it's not possible. Yoy can try Registry Tools > Registry Cleaner, but I think finally it's the same as running Clean and SpeedIp My computer.

This is possible. You can always tell the tool to make backups and even give them a name.
