Quality work takes time --- no problem there. What I can't believe is the errors it found on the default setting. I may never use "aggressive" again.
jv16 PowerTools 2017 has a much improved scanning engine that ensures a plethora of problems that were not previously found by jv16 PowerTools X are now properly identified. Also, it has a lot fewer false positives and many more safety mechanisms in place to prevent accidental damage to your system.

If you have enabled the Startup Optimizer, then rest assured that nothing gets deleted from your system. All the processes will still start, however, with a slight delay.
If you wish to manage their startup priority, you can do so from jv16 PowerTools 2017 - Main Tools - Speed up my computer's startup. In the list of automatically starting software, you can set a "Custom delay" for "ATNotes" or disable jv16 PowerTools 2017 from delaying the startup of this specific process completely.
