Startup Programs Missing

When I select 'Control Which Programs Start Automatically' the list loads and flashes very quickly and then the page goes white.

The same thing happens in 'Startup Optimizer' and no startup programs are listed, again the page is full white.

That makes using either of those feature somewhat unusable for obvious reasons.

Those lists were fully populated in the 2016 version.

If you haven't already done so, please submit a new technical support ticket so that we can investigate this issue further: https://macecraft.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

It may be needed that our technical staff will have to request some additional information about your system or require your product's Backups folder for a closer look into this matter. If you agree, please pack using either ZIP or RAR your "Backups" folder from under the jv16 PowerTools 2017 installation folder and attach it to your new support ticket or as a new reply if you already have a support ticket open with us and a confirmation e-mail has been received.
