Problem With start up programs

Hello,

Let me explain my problem.

I installed jv16 PowerTools X and entered Clean and fix my computer and ran it..

Now

I can't start up programs with Windows, except the Antivirus program.

And programs settings (start up with Windows) changes every time I close it or restarting Windows..

This issue makes problems with my Touch-pad drivers and software and some other programs like Skype..

What should I do?
