Oops, there is indeed a beta popup that can be shown in some cases (not visible in all systems, that is why everyone else missed it) :

A new build has been uploaded to the server that fixes the popup.

Can you please upload to WeTransfer.com the content of your \Backups folder so I can see what goes wrong with licensing and could you please send me a screenshot of how the My Account window is displayed?

This issue has been fixed and an updated installer for jv16 PowerTools 2017 has been made available on our website. The latest product installer after release can be downloaded, as always, from here: https://www.macecraft.com/download/https://www.macecraft.com/download/

I also receive the 'license has expired' message.

I thought Platinum license had no expiry?

This has happened at least twice with the various BETAs.

We have found a possible cause to this problem and working further with data from other similar cases to pinpoint a solution.
