Troubles on Windows 10-version 1534

Downloading and installing went extremely smooth. My licence was recognized with no problem. The program quickly started and I tried "Cleaning and Fixing" as a start. The setting was in default mode. The "finding" went fine --- then it FROZE when I clicked on repair. No slider control, no menu control, just the (no response) message on the top line. Using the red box to close the program Windows gave me the choice to close or wait a bit longer. This would amount to 20 minutes, total waiting --- giving JV16 the benefit of the doubt. I finally closed the program, waiting for a long error report to upload to Microsoft. Then I reset (restarted) the computer and tried again. It froze again.

I didn't try anything else. Never has this ever happened before.

SUCCESS !

After one restart and 2 cold starts version 1534 finally initialized. "Clean and Fix" now works, but only after 2 freeze-ups. It is also still jumping back to the Home screen immediately after completion of its task. I restart anyways and the compression window appears on startup. But, the failure to Initialize immediately after downloading denotes a small problem.

So far, we haven't been able to reproduce this problem.
