Clean Out "Action History"

JV16 1524 in win 10 32 bit

How can I clean out the "Action History", there is entries all the way back to early 2015, ,,, 600+ entries.

I can "Remove from List" just fine but JV just puts them back in.

"Expand and Select all" does not work.

We also need to be able to select more than one (1) idem at a time, other wise it will be a VERY LONG "one at a time" process.

Thank you for reporting this issue to us.

If you right click and select "Expand and Select all" you are able to see in the status bar, the lowest one on lower left corner how many of them are selected. By clicking "Empty List" thus removing all of them, you can confirm they get repopulated? On our end the list remains empty after this action, please let us know if any other actions were performed between cleaning the list and the re-open of jv16PT.

And yes, the one at a time removal is not an option.

Followed your instructions and still no joy.

When I "Expand and Select All" I get:

Then when I click on "Empty List" I get:

JV16 Empty List.png

And everything is still there.
