How to Update My Number of Installs?

My Platinum VIP license allows for installation on up to 5 computers. I have reached my limit of 5, but on 2 (and soon 3) of those computers, PTX has been uninstalled and I no longer own the computers.

How can my license be updated to reflect only 2 active installations or can my counter be reset?

This is done automatically by our licensing server, there is no need for you to do anything 8)

Sorry for the delay,

As mentioned above, the licensing server updates your licensing information thus you have no access to the number of license use that is being handled automatically. Have you encountered any registration issues on your end?

I have not experienced a problem YET. As noted in my original post, my counter is now showing the maximum of 5, but 3 have been uninstalled, so the actual number should be 2.

What happens if I try to install on another PC? Also, will the counter reset when I install PT 2017?

The "counter" is simply a statement of the software saying to how many computers in total you can install the software to, if you have a personal license, it will say five as you are allowed to use the software with up to five personal computers. The number does not change, i.e. it does not mean to how many more computers you can install it, it means how many computers in total.
