As we have had similar reports in the past, the issue should have been already fixed. Please make sure that you are using the latest version of jv16 PowerTools X available for download at https://www.macecraft.com/download (version 4.0.0.1517).
If you are already running the latest version, then please let me know if this happens at your side for every/any registry key that you try to delete or only for some specific key(s)?
