No Response to question regarding licencse

end of April I opened a ticket regarding my lifetime licence which doesn't seem to work with the current version of JV16 PowerTools. I haven't got any answer, since. The ticket number is 3133. I opened it at support@macecraft.zendesk.com . Could you please have a look at it?

Hi Hans,

I apologize for the delayed response. We now have a new Chief of Support that will make sure that any past and new tickets are replied in a 48 hours max turn-around fashion.

Your support ticket has now been replied to and I hope that I managed to pinpoint the problem (to activate jv16 PowerTools, you should use your exact full name and email address as used when purchasing the product).
