Installer for jv16 PowerTools 2014 for old customers?

The download link in the license screen only provides jv16 powertools X - I only have a license for jv16 PowerTools 2014 for old customers.

I don't want to purchase a new license for a product that works perfectly well for my needs - where can I obtain the installer files for my purchased product?

i just bought this on the 12th 2016 and when i run it it says jv16 power tolls 2014 version 3.2.0.1354 why does it not say 2016 and the newest version as well? i do update it says i have latest version. i paid for newest version and i am a platinum vip user as well. as of today it said trial was over and it was registered correctly when installed , so i did what website said to do download license then run tool to find license it would not find it. so i told it where it was. then i shut down program and re started it. now it says i had it for 538 days!!!!! i only got it on the 12th and it said i used it 11 times. i ran update again still says i have latest update. i am a little angry it does not say jv16 power tools 2016 instead it says 2014 and a older version to boot. i tried to live chat and i did it on work day and it said closed. please help me to get the newest version that i paid for and honor your platinum vip service as well.
