I would like to use but gives me problems

I have two programmes that JV16 X doesn't like. One is Hypersnap, screen capture software. I choose to have Hypersnap start minimized but JV keeps changing it back, another is Clipmate, multiple clip saver, after running JV it tells me the Clipbar is not activated, I don't want the Clipbar. These two problems have me on the verge of giving up on JV even though I am a Platinum client.

Could you tell in more detail a) what exactly you do with PowerTools X before the problems occur and b) What are the problems that you experience with Hypersnap and Clipmate exactly?
