By design, Decrap my Computer should not remove Windows updates. Did you encounter any conflicting uninstallations of Windows update packages?
Please note that starting with jv16 PowerTools 2016, Decrap my Computer will be removed from the utilities suite and further developed and possibly rebranded as a stand-alone product.
At this time, instead of using Decrap, I would recommend you to use the Uninstall software and leftovers tool instead and hand-pick every software that you wish to remove.
