Request for refund

Thank you for confirming my order on August 27, 2015.

However, today after having many problems with Windows, I have decided to switch to Linux permanently. I'm tired of Windows and viruses and want to support open source initiatives.

As stated on your website, Macecraft will provide a no-questions refund within 60 days. However, I was not able to find an email address or contact form on your website. Please refund my payment for my recent order.

I find it strange that there is no email contact information on the Macecraft webiste. Even though Macecraft has a good reputation, it seems a bit shady that there's no way to contact the devloper except through this forum.

I've not received a reply regarding my request for a refund.

Apologies for getting back to you with such a delay.

If you paid by PayPal, in order to request a refund, please file a refund request to PayPal and we will manage it from there. Otherwise, we would have to support commission for the transfer, which is outside of the scope of our service.

I was able to locate your order with the email address you used to register to the forum. The order has now been cancelled and refunded. The money will show up back in your credit card within one to two business days.
