I'm getting the following five errors at startup now since using the jv16 Startup Optimizer. This is on Windows 10 Pro.
1. "The Open Procedure for service "WmiApRpl" in DLL "C:\Windows\System32\wbem\WmiApRpl.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available."
2. "Unable to open the Server service performance object."
3. "The Open Procedure for service "MSDTC" in DLL "C:\Windows\system32\msdtcuiu.DLL" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available."
4. "The Open Procedure for service "Lsa" in DLL "C:\Windows\System32\Secur32.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available."
5. "The Open Procedure for service "BITS" in DLL "C:\Windows\System32\bitsperf.dll" failed. Performance data for this service will not be available."
After much research and futzing about I have determined it is the Startup Optimizer code that has caused this. I'm guessing it's because the "Server" service startup is being delayed, or not being started when it should be. I'm sure I'm not the only one experiencing this. I've submitted a ticket with all this information, but I haven't heard back on it yet.
