How to set ccleaner not to clean the first setup?

Everytime I use ccleaner, the first setup of PTX is gone.

Already unchecked the backup and logs options within ccleaner for PTX, but that didn't do the trick.

Cannot find a solution or what to do to solve that ccleaner won't delete that part of PTX?

No I don't, I only see it when used CCleaner, that I need to do the first setup of PTX

To set CCleaner not to clean certain areas, like the initial setup data or any specific files and settings, follow these steps:

Open CCleaner
Launch CCleaner on your computer.
Go to "Options"
In the left sidebar, click on the Options tab.
Modify "Settings"
Go to the Settings section.
Ensure that the option "Enable Smart Cleaning" is turned off if you want more control over when CCleaner runs.
Under "Include in Browser Cleaning", uncheck "Cookies" if you don't want CCleaner to clean them.
