Firstly, can you be specific on exactly what tools did you use with PowerTools? Did you run the Clean and Fix My Computer? If so, with what settings? Did you go through the list of results before fixing the found items? Did you have the Startup Optimizer enabled or did you disable it? What about the Registry Compactor?
Can you go to the program's installation folder (by default: c:\program files\jv16 PowerTools X\), zip the entire Backup directory and send the zip file to me? Since sending zip files can cause problems with spam filters and anti-virus products, you should send it by uploading it to some web service such as https://www.sendspace.com/ and passing us the link via a new support ticket at info at macecraft dot com.
If you have restored your system since the problems have occurred, you could also run PowerTools X again but instead of cleaning the system, only perform the scan and when it's finished, go to File -> Save List As and send the saved list to me.
