I want to provide some positive feedback the Heimdal PRO product offering as well as to suggest a couple of enhancements to the email that I received from you.
I am a big fan of your products and have been a paid user for many years. That said, the first time I received your offer I was at work and promptly deleted it. You see, I receive offers like this all the time and must blow thru them or would get nothing else done. But then I received your email again (I think, it may have been the same email as this time I was at home) and decided I should Google Heimdal PRO as I'd never heard of it before.
To be entirely candid,d the only reason I bothered to do that was because I was drinking my first cup of coffee of the morning and as an ex enterprise software exec and over the years have developed a high regard for your team.
Below is the link that caused my to promptly buy Heimdal PRO, via your special offer:

I'm running about a dozen individual systems on Windows 8.1, Windows 7, etc., and most have Windows Defender, Windows Firewall, Hitmanpro and MalWareBytes running. (I have have had horrific experiences with Mcafee and Norton in the past and so avoid "suites" like the plague.)
So why load on yet another product I had never heard of? Once I knew the facts I realized that it does nicely fill a hole and the price you quoted was indeed attractive. So, thank you very much for your email.
Here are the suggestions I mentioned above:
1. Since most people, even software developers like me, have never heard of Heimdal PRO, you should explain what it is and why it is a good add to users systems. The reason I suggest this is that antivirus s/w has become a commodity for many people. They get one product and just move on.
2. I don't know whether the link I provided above would be the best choice but, if not pick a better one. Then include this link too. Why? This provides more information and independent perspective for those of use who want to make informed decisions.
3. When I googled I found out the product is available on the manufacturer's website for 34 pounds, $53.17 USD as of 10 minutes ago. You should provide a statement along these lines. Why? because "70% off" means nothing to a a discerning buyer. I actually compared you price to the manufacturer's suggested retail and thought "this is a good deal!" before I the text your email about "70% savings' even registered. I just blew by it previously, just like those of us who are bombarded every day by like statements always do.
4. Send a follow up email that highlights the considerations I've suggested above,
In closing, should add that I realize above is a lot of words. I just wanted to say thank you guys, complement you on your good work in clearing the jungle that is operating a good s/w development business these days, and somehow help you. Anyway, this was my intent.

PS, you need a forum for general feedback.
