Renewal or initial set up

Just bought jv16 PowerTools X today but your system doesn't seem to recognize me -- my email.

Trying to open up my jv16 PowerTools X but it repeats "Error, no orders found with these details"

I'm trying to open up from a trial version.

Do i need to delete the trial version and start from scratch?

Any other advice?
