Actually, you did not ask for a refund, your entire message consisted of:

To which I replied asking if there is anything I could do for you, to which I have not yet received a reply.
We have a 60 day, "no questions asked" refund policy, so any customer can receive a full refund for any reason whatsoever within 60 days of the purchase.
To get the refund, if you paid with PayPal, please go to PayPal and make a dispute for the payment with a message of "Refund request based on 60 day refund policy". After we receive it, we will refund the money via PayPal by accepting the dispute. If you didn't use PayPal for the payment, please let me know and we will refund the payment back to your credit card.
