Can't get past the initial Ok/Skip window

I have downloaded and installed the latest supreme pro version but when I fire it up I can not click on anything. It shows me a window with the message "To optimize the performance..... This will take 2-20 minutes". Below this there is an ok and a skip button. I can not click those buttons. The program seems just to sit and wait on my desktop.

Is this normal behaviour, thus I should wait even if I didn't press the ok button, or is there something wrong?

I fixed it by starting the program and within a millisecond pressing the ok button. I am not sure why this works. However, it doesn't help much. I can not access any of the items in the window. All the computer does is throwing beeps at me.

Well, the program tries to create (update) the cache-file, you can find under "\Data\FileCache.dat".

That file contains the list of your programs and other files.

It is used to speed up and improve the procedure of fixing found registry problems (e.g. by the registry cleaner).

You can remove that file, but RegSupreme Pro will always recreate it.

So, be patient and let the program create (update) that cache-file. That can take several (up to 20) minutes ...

Have you purchased a license for the product, or do you use the trial version? Try to uninstall and then re-install the product to a new directory, that should do the trick.
