If that doesn't work for you, let me know of the email address you used with your order and I can check your order.
Edit: I found an order with the email address you used to register to the forum. That order was made with name like "Mr. Firstname X. Lastname", if you tried to register without adding the word "Mr." again, the system might not find your order due to different name being used. I now updated our system to include a version of your order without the word "Mr." in it, just in case.
