For the first 3 checked items in C:\Windows\System32\ the 'Explore' function points to 'my Documents' not to the proper location.
The last checked item BTTray.exe is located in C:\Program Files\, NOT in C:\Program Files(x86)\ as shown by the StartUp Manager.
As a result the 'Explore' function is probably searching C:\Program Files(x86) and does not find BTTray.exe.
