thomas-k Hello, it's annoying to fill out the text fields for support. I think it couldn't be a problem to read out the license file. A script or PowerTools by themselves could automatic generate a link for a vip technical support. Best regards, Thomas
jv16 You are correct and this is now fixed: if you are using a registered copy of PowerTools X, it will now automatically pre-fill the name and email address fields in the website, if you click the Contact Support link from PowerTools X. This was actually already implemented to PowerTools but we hadn't yet updated our website to receive the email address and name from PowerTools. The update was now made to the website, so it should now work.
