While the application is analyzing the registry, if I click the lower scroll bar arrow, it scrolls to the bottom as if I were holding it down, even though I am not.

Then, clicking once on the upper arrow does nothing at all, but if I click it again, it scrolls back to the top as if I were holding it down, which I am not.

What version of Windows is this happening on?

I'm using Windows 7; the file version of winload.exe is 6.1.7601.18649.

Mine is Win7 X64, winload.exe v.6.1.7601.22999.
