License not working

I licensed the version before this latest one. I thought I had lifetime upgrades. My xbin file will not work. Macecraft does not recognize my email address yet they sent me the links to upgrade. Help!!

If you are unsure what license you own, please use the Download My License page at https://www.macecraft.com/my-license/

If the My Account feature doesn't find your license, you can also try to manually download your license from Download My License page at https://www.macecraft.com/my-license/

The same page also lists all your previous orders.

To manually download your license, click the correct Download button to download your license, save the license file to the installation directory of PowerTools (by default: C:\Program files (x86)\jv16 PowerTools X\). After doing that, use PowerTools X’s My Account feature’s “Install new license” button to open the license file.

After downloading 1485, my license is 'blacklisted'.

I saved my license.xbin file when I got it, and have always just copied it into the Powertools folder. This has worked for 28 versions of Powertools. Apparently this does not work anymore.

I uninstalled 1485, re-installed 1480, copied my license in, and it all works.

I checked my license using the link from the previous post. It confirms I have a Platinum license.

It is obvious version 1485 has a problem.

So, I guess I will be using 1480 until you fix the license issue.

Have you tried installing 1486 and manually installing your license (i.e., placing your newest license file in your PT installation folder)? This version was released to correct the same license issue many of us were having.

No, just 1485.

I will try 1486.

EDIT:

1486 fixed it!

I did not even need to copy my license, I simply installed over 1480.

I am still having problems with this. I got the latest updates, and it still won't take. I tried finding my license where you had mentioned, and I am not finding it. When I bought the license it was from Indiegogo back last November. Maybe that is why it doesn't work? It works fine on the last version.
