The answer would be yes and no: Yes, PowerTools cleans left-over data of removed browsers, as it does for all software. But no, PowerTools doesn't clean things like cookies or browser caches. The reason being mainly that there is a reason for that data to be saved in your system and we don't consider that as junk.
