Can you tell me what version of PowerTools X you are using? You can see the version number from Help > About.
Can you reproduce the problem? (I mean: does it happen every time you try it?)
If so, would you be interested of running a private debug build of the program that would generate a debug log file to allow us to better analyze the problem?
And yes I am interested in in a private build for testing purposes.

Simply download and install it as you would with any PowerTools X version (you can install it over any old version of PowerTools X but not over PowerTools 2014). The program is in debug mode and will generate different log files (.txt or .log file extension) to the program's installation directory. Please send these files here for analysis.
Thank you in advance!
Regards, Teunis
Note: Due to the debug mode, the program's executable is bigger than normal and it can be extremely slow.
After you run it, please send here all the .txt and .log files generated to the program's installation directory (by default: C:\program files (x86)\jv16 PowerTools X\). If you can, you can zip the files.
Thank you in advance!
Does the problem still occur?
If the problem still occurs, please send here all the .txt and .log files generated to the program's installation directory (by default: C:\program files (x86)\jv16 PowerTools X\). If you can, you can zip the files.
MikeWarner wroteI see that this thread died in April, 2015 but I just updated jv16 PowerTools to version 4.0.0.1506 and have started having this same problem. I'm running Windows 7 x64.
Hi Mike,
Does this problem persist with jv16 PowerTools X latest version? The latest is 4.0.0.1517 and you can download it from https://www.macecraft.com/download/https://www.macecraft.com/download/
If you do not wish to manually update, please check for product updates as the automatic updater should do the rest.
