Usually if the program crashes or freezes, it automatically generates a file called
BugReport.txt to the program's installation directory (by default: c:\program files\jv16 PowerTools X\).
So, could you go there and see if a BugReport.txt file exists there? If it does, please send it to me so I
can have a look. The file contains detailed information about the problem that would help me to get the problem fixed.
The file should not contain any sensitive information about you or your system, so it should be safe to send here. However, if you want, you can also send it to me via Private Message.
