After running PT X for the first time, and having chosen the option to take a backup before PT X made changes, I found I could no longer access my email program. So I restored from the PT X backup but found that I still had the problem!

This created a big problem having to restore from a system image. I suspect changes were made by PT X to the registry, and not restored properly.

I have not used PT X since. Anyone else have a similar experience?

2) What version of the program did you use (exact version number)?

3) What email program you are using?

4) Could you zip the backup folder of the program and send its content here?
