Forum rules - please read before posting

Forum rules:

1) Be polite.

Do not write anything abusive or rude and do not attack other members.

2) Be on topic.

This discussion group is about Macecraft Software's products, mainly about jv16 PowerTools.

3) Be specific.

Do not use generic post subjects such as "problems" or "how to do this", and do not write messages such as "I have latest version of this software and it does not work, what do I do?" - instead, write in a specific manner such as: "I have a version 4.0.0.1479 of PowerTools X, when I click the Start button on Clean and Fix My Computer, nothing happens, no error messages, no crash, nothing".

4) Be constructive.

If you think something doesn't work the way you think it should, feel free to say it, but say it in a constructive way. Criticism is fine, "this and that sucks" is not.

5) Write in English, as good English as you can.

Please use only English in all the areas of the forum except the "product translation discussion", where you can write in other languages, as well. Do remember that English is not the first language for many of our users, so there is no need to comment about anyone's poor English or spelling mistakes. If you cannot understand, you can ask what they mean.
