I've used JV16 for over a decade, through quite a number of updates and upgrades, but the 2014 version is the buggiest one ever. When I run "clean and fix my computer" it never completes the process for nearly an hour and then it crashes. It also crashes on the registry cleaner, and half the time it won't even load correctly. I still try to use it occasionally, but have come to rely much more on Advanced System Care instead.
