JV16 Power Tools 2014 License Not Valid

I received an email with discount offer, so the total was 26USD for Platinum VIP

when i did the purchase i got an email

Total price: $86.68 (USD)

Total price: 65.01€ (EUR)

The price includes VAT 24%

I would like to know if it is a mistake or I was charged with $86.68?

i knew jv16 as a good company but for me paying $86.68 is little too much, many other registry cleaning tools are similar to jv16 and they dont cost $86.68 for lifetime license.

also now i try to activate my license but i get a message Not Valid?

can someone help, if i am chrged with $86.68 can i get a refund.
