In May 2014 I was emailed by Macecraft and offered the Platinum version at an attractive cost. I accepted this cost and placed the order, but was not happy with the subsequent result, and hence submitted the following text:
This was given ticket reference YRA-256-57133 on 23 May, and awarded priority ''çritical".
Since then - zilch. No further communication, no advice, no explanation at all. Can anyone suggest what my next move should be, other then looking at the competition?
