I purchased the full jv16 PowerTools 2014 Personal use with Platinum VIP because i received an email proposing discount.

After purchase I get an email

Total price: $86.68 (USD)

Total price: 65.01€ (EUR)

The price includes VAT 24%

normally the discount would allow me to get it for 26USD. My question is am i billed with 86.69USD?

Also now i see a thread regarding jv16 PowerTools as open source then why this discount email? if jv16 will be released as open source can i get a refund. I emailed to support but no reply.
