Clean and Fix: Have to Ask Twice

I must ask TWICE in order for FIX to begin running.

Win XP Pro system, PowerTools 2014.

Select Clean and Fix My Computer

Wait for system analysis - Done

Display of Unneeded Fragments, etc - Done

Check Boxes to indicate which fragments to remove - OK

Click on "FIX"

Popup asks if I want to compress Registry - Press Yes

Popup goes away, but nothing happens. Computer is not stuck or crashed, but FIX does not run.

After a few minutes, still nothing.

Press FIX again, popup comes back asking to compress registry

Press YES,

Popup disappears and FIX begins and completes normally.
