If there is a CEO of Macecraft he should be fired forthwith...A good CEO will/would be on top of things and notice that there have been/are NUMEROUS complaints about customers not getting/receive there licenses,and ACT on this..and yes I have experienced a number of times going through the same frustation expressed by other users...It just BOGGLES my mind why SOMEONE in the Company has not stood up and said ENOUGH of this nonsense...I WANT THIS ITEM FIXED NOW,OR HEADS WILL ROLL!!

I do a fair bit of DL paid programs,and have always received my key/or link to it in a minute or less...

Why Macecraft can,t get there act to-gether and straighten this mess up for ALL concerned, really I think comes down to sheer incompetence...

Its just to bad that a good program like this is bogged down with this BAD,BAD problem!!

I could not agree more. I have been waiting since 6 Nov for my license to be delivered, and have had all the frustrations recorded by others of trying to communicate with the Macecraft system. I have been a user of JV16 for at least 10 years, and have never encountered a disaster like this one.

We are working on the license deliverance issue. Unfortunately finding the problem is a bit more difficult as the licenses are shown to be sent out from our server normally. This has delayed the fix, and we apologizes for this.
