when I went on live support and sent message I once again got that infernal error - "Timed Out" could not send to SMTP - seems like a major problem on your server - you have not fixed it. I paid good money for Live support and I expect it to work.

Please fix.

This is due to the same error that is with the ticket system. We are working on it. Unfortunately there is no estimation on when this problem is fixed.
